Julie Bushell's London to Paris Cycle Ride 2011

Jules isn’t afraid of a challenge and after completing the Inaugural Brighton Marathon in 2010 she was hungry for a 2011 challenge.
Jules stepped up an volunteered herself to participate in the London to Paris Cycle Ride 2011 in aid of ‘Help for Heroes’ even though she hadn’t been on a bike since she was twelve!

When Astound Facilities Group caught wind that Jules didn’t even have a bike to use they were more than happy to support her and bought her a good bike and other essential equipment to enable her to take part and raise much needed funds for charity.

One of Astound Facilities Group’s core values is giving back to the community and the environment. This can be observed through their dedication with offsetting their carbon emissions through c02balance and giving to other charities such as Water for Africa, NSPCC, CaninePartners and Shoreham-by Sea’s RNLI Lifeboat Station.
